Credit Reports

Tenant Screening

Credit History

A credit report will show you if a potential tenant has paid on time in the past, has been late, has unpaid damage charges, or has evictions in their recent history. This is critical when considering a renter, as past behaviour is often an indicator or future behaviour.

Employment Credit

For employees with access to your businesses' money, or to customer accounts, a consumer credit report will show you if they are responsible with their own money and if they have a high amount of debt.

Business Credit

Presents a current, objective picture of how a business manages its financial obligations by providing such pertinent information as actual trade payment experiences, public record information, company background, collections information and comparative data, placing a company's payment performance in context with its industry.

For businesses in the habit of extending credit to their customers, whether on 30 day accounts, or extended terms, a business credit report can be critical. If the business has a habit of slow-pays, you'll have a chance to evaluate whether your business can sustain slow cash flow. If the business is in the habit of not paying past companies, you'll have that information up front. An evaluation of past credit history can help you determine whether to put your company's cash flow status in their hands, or require an upfront payent. Use our business credit products to assist you in determining the financial risk factors involved in doing business with another company. NO release required.
