Social Security Trace
A social security trace is the first step in verifying the accuracy of an application and is recommended as a guide to direct your criminal record search. Other than document review, this trace is a tool to verify identity, the first step in the verification process. It will provide you with other names and current and prior addresses associated with the social security number.
Information is formulated from a combination of various sources (excluding the social security administration) to establish association between the input name and the social security number.
Note: This is not an FCRA product and should not be used to take Adverse Action.
Employment Verification

Employment history and experience are the informational components of an appicants' resume. Unfortunately, information is often overstated, and at time fictitious.
This report verifies positions held, length of employment, work habits, and other relevant information concerning the applicants' performance.
Why waste thousands of dollars training an employee who has overstated their ability when you can verify the information contained in their resume or application? Don't! Order employment verification of your "short-list" of potential new hires and evaluate their confirmed history before making that all important hiring decision.
Education Verification
Verifying the validity of stated education accomplishments is vital in an environment increasingly vulnerable to exaggeration and/or outright falsification by potential employees on resumes and applications. An education verification report will verify your applicants' start date, degrees earned, fields studied, graduation date, and any education credentials stated on a resume.
For added security, this search can be expanded to include verification of the educational entity's accreditation by the US Department of Education. In an era of diploma and degree mills, as well as a proliferation of valid, accredited online colleges, this will ensure that the degree was earned by study rather than 'life experience', or high tech home computer printed 'degrees'.
Professional License Verification

Verify your applicant possesses required professional credentials, that the license is in good standing or if disciplinary action has been taken. This report also verifies the length of time the license has been held and expiration dates.
Many professional occupations require licensing and/or certification. This search will confirm your applicant has acquired all necessary training.
Examples of industries that might require certification licensing include:
- FAA (Federal Aviation Administration
- FCC (Federal Communications Commission)
- Doctors
- Nurses
- Medical Assistants
- Real Estate Agents
- Mortgage Brokers
- Securities Brokers
- Bail Bondsmen
- Insurance Adjusters
- Teachers
- Hairdressers
- Contractors
Make sure your potential applicant has the appropriate certifications, and that their license is in good standing today! Don't just assume that it is, or that they've never had problems, and open your business up to a liability. Make sure of it!
Workers Compensation
Hire employees with good safety records! Report includes date of accident, case number, type of injury, how injury occurred, and duration of absence. Some states require a specific release form.
